General sales conditions

ATTENTION: prices on this catalogue exclude VAT and they are EXW Schio 36015 Italy

DELIVERY: The order will be sent back to you by fax or e-mail with confirmation of prices, estimated delivery time and payment conditions. After your final approval we will start processing it. We cannot be held responsible for delayed shipments due to the carriers. Once accepted, the order cannot be amended any more and further additions will be delivered separately.

PACKAGING: Prices include packaging in cardboard boxes. Where pallets are needed, these will be charged on invoice.

DELIVERY TERMS: Freight charges are at buyer’s charge. To avoid problems and misunderstandings, we would like to remember to all our esteemed customers, that all our shipments are properly covered by insurance; to benefit this insurance, in case of damages during the transport, you MUST check packages and materials in front of the carrier to whom you MUST contest any damage. Without your written statement on the delivery note, we CAN’T make use of the right of the insurance. This is the reason why, we WON’T ACCEPT claims of damages without written statement on the delivery note.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: They will be decided once received the order. In any case the reseller held itself the right to decide them and the customer has to accept tacitly and unconditionally.
